Summary: well maintained. I especially appreciated the good-quality shower gel and shampoo, as well as the very comfortable bed. However, I was a little disappointed with the check-in experience. I arrived slightly earlier than the official check-in time and was not allowed to check in early. While I was waiting outside, another guest arrived and wThe accommodation was very nice, clean, and as allowed to check in earlier. I completely understand that early check-in may not always be possible, but I would have appreciated the same treatment for all guests. Apart from this, I had a pleasant stay and found the accommodation very comfortable.

Summary: Amazing locale, super cute mini-plaza across the street and much cool stuff within walking distance. My room had the best AC I'd experienced my whole trip, the space was compact but efficient. Was grateful for 2nd floor room, so not as many stairs.

Summary: The staff at the Pratic are very friendly. The location is excellent- safe, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The place is well-maintained and the fridge in the room is a big plus (and unusual in Paris). Excellent bathroom and air-conditioning.

Summary: Great place to stay to rest your head. No elevator as others have said. Bathrooms are smaller. Expect the entire bathroom to be a shower. For my wife and I this was perfect as we explored Paris.

Summary: Good value hotel. Room was very small, but it had everything you need. It also has a small cafe/lobby if you need to sit somewhere with your computer given that there is nowhere to sit in the room given how small it is. Be prepared to shower where you brush your teether and go to the bathroom.

Summary: Excellent place, perfect location, renovated rooms, clean rooms, excellent coffee in lobby! Slight drawback is no elevator, but they can bring up your luggage to your room. Or you can keep some luggage in storage in lobby.
