Summary: 部屋も綺麗で広く、ベッドも快適！ 従業員の方々もものすごく親切で最高でした。 おふろの温度調整だけが少々難しい。 ウランバートルに行くならまたここに止まります！ 行く人にもおすすめします！！！ 空港からホテルの送迎も事前にメール等で頼めば有料ですがしてくれます！ I really like this hotel!! The room is beautiful and the hotel staffs are so kind and nice. You can ask to pick you up at the airport to the hotel for about $20. It was little difficult to adjust the bath water temperature. I would love to recommend this hotel.

Summary: The manager and staff go beyond the call of duty and the hotel is a real pleasure to stay at. I had several places in Mongolia to go to with the hotel driver as I did not want to use the local taxi drivers and he was very efficient timely and safe The front desk desk lady Otto was very helpful and knowledgable. She also helped me to find my way around Ulaan Batoor with very good directions The manager was alos on hand to answer questions and arrange trips Very enjoyable stay
