Positive: Very lovely accommodations and the staff kind and welcoming. The only FYI, this is an old home at the beach not a commercial sound proof building. So lovely but creaky above and lobby noise on the first floor. But lovely dรฉcor, fabrics and bed!
Negative: Need instructions on how to work AC, I turned it off, too cold which didn't help with noise.

Positive: Beautiful property inside and out. Extremely clean! The most comfortable bed!!! All the little touches that made us feel at home.
Negative: parking was tight but they make it work. We have a larger vehicle and they made sure that we had a spot that made it easy for us to get in and out

Positive: Super friendly staff, but was able to check in and out on my own. Didnโ€™t have to deal with any front desk or anything. They were awesome and very accommodating.
Negative: I didnโ€™t like the lack of creamer options for my coffee, but free coffee though and complementary breakfast that i didnโ€™t know came with the room. Literally all I could find to say about what I didnโ€™t like was the coffee creamer selection.
Summary: Top tier. Beautiful space. Stellar location definitely my go to spot in st Pete forever.

Positive: Stylish accommodation in the very heart of St Pete. Comfy rooms with everything you need. Good communication with the hosts. We enjoyed the pool too! Highly recommended.
Negative: The aircon machines are a bit noisy. Not a big deal but good to know if you are a light sleeper.

Positive: The place was very clean and eclectic in style.
Negative: No one was on site. We were supposed to receive a code to enter the building at 2.00 pm. We sat outside the building with other guests at 4.00 after several calls and texts received the code. The other guests were also having to call. The grab and go snacks were ok. No way to fill the Keurig coffee pot as no sink or water supply in the communal kitchen area. .Sugar was supplied in a canister and no milk or creamers just powered coffee mate. Pool was nice looking but dirty and not inviting.
