Positive: First of all, the owner is very kind and attentive. They consistently follow up on the guest's stay from booking to check-out, and respond to messages promptly. Before checking in, we lost our wallet on the tram. The host has been very helpful in following up and trying to retrieve it. We are truly grateful.
Summary: It was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Positive: The host is nice and communicative. The metro station is 5 min from the appartment.
Negative: The house is super tiny! The pictures don't reflect the real size. This wasn't at all a place for five people (in my opinion). There is no place to put the luggage, no closet or place for clothes, we had to move the table just to open one suitcase. The kitchen is so small and not functional. The beds are not big enough for two persons each, they are smaller than a normal double bed. The washing machine doesn't dry but there is also not enough space to hang the cloths. The stairs are very steep! Unfortunately, the place wasn't very clean either with staines on the walls and on the sofa. I don't usually put bad reviews on places, but I think people should know how small this place is; I wish I would have known...also, it doesn't really have a parking, which we realised after booking. You have to look for a parking spot, pay, and they will refund you. This for me is not a place with parking. I think the owner is realy kind but he has to be more transparent about the appartment.

Positive: We love the exceptional hospitality and attention to our needs by the hosts and the great location. The accommodation was also clean and comfortable. We loved the beds. The hosts gave clear and detailed description to navigate to the accommodation, what is around and even shared some great atttactions. There were great food just nearby. We even found a little gem and did shopping. It was fastastic. The accommodation was well maintained, clean and comfortable. Perfect stay for us. It is great for people to travel by train or drive. Wished we had more days there.
Negative: There is nothing really. We loved it.

Positive: Nice apartment well furnished (high quality of bed's matresses) and well located (5 min walk from Abiko metro station). Pleasant neighbourhood (quiet) with all you need (convenient stores, supermarkets, restaurants, ...) where you can experience the life of Osaka people, far enough from the busy districts (Dotonbori, ...).
Negative: The size of the beds was OK for 1 person, but not for 2 adults (width is approximately 140 cm) : pictures give the impression they are big enough for 2 adults but they are not.
