Our home is furnished to the highest of standards, with king size bed to master suite, queen size and twin beds to bedrooms 2 and 3,. Facilities include TVs in both living areas, as well as all bedrooms. I Full washing/drying facilities, all towels etc are included. Located on championship golf course with all the usual facilities, including 'pay as you play' for all you golfers. The home backs onto a small lake with various visiting wildlife. The Gulf Coast beaches of Bradenton, Anna Maria Island and Long Boat Key are all within approx 20 mins drive. Numerous restaurants and shops located within 2 minutes of the home, with upmarket shopping and dining experiences of St Armands Circle in Sarasota approx 20 mins away. This home is ideally located for access to the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches, with the theme parks of Orlando a 90 minute drive away.

Summary: This house was just perfect for our family. Lots of space for us all, we enjoyed having 2 lounge areas and the balcony was a great bonus. Everything worked and beds very comfortable. The big pool and jacuzzi were fantastic and seeing a crocodile swimming in the lake beyond while we were in the pool quite an experience!! Martin (manager) was also very helpful and quick to respond to us. We’ll hopefully be back.

Summary: I’d like to thank Anthony for renting this wonderful Villa, situated on a prestigious golf resort this was a fantastic location. The villa was perfect and met our needs, it was also as the advert described. A very quiet and peaceful area to relax during the day and night with a great pool and spa, within easy drive of Sarasota, Tampa, Busch Gardens and other good locations and restaurants. I would recommend this villa to anyone couples or family for a great Florida time. Both the owner and management team are easy to contact and they respond very quickly. Thank you Anthony for a great home for us to chill in.

Summary: It is a large home with a very nice and large pool and lanai. It even has a terrace upstairs, but we did not use it because it was very hot during our stay and also because we were not with so many people. Great extra living room upstairs for the kids to retreat to. We noticed that some old pictures were still on the site as some parts of the house have been updated. Great neighborhood and especially if you like golf the golf course is on site. Close to all amenities and to the I75 with various outlets / shopping centers nearby and expansion in the future. No rear neighbours, so unobstructed views over the lake, teeming with fish and waterfowl and watch out for an aligator. There is a farm behind the trees near the schools with cows and an overwrought rooster ;-); but you get used to it after a week. Definitely a place for us to go back to.

Summary: We spent two weeks at this lovely property. The house was well equipped and beautifully furnished. Very comfortable and plenty of space to spread out. The lovely pool was well used. The property is all it says it is and we will definitely book again next year

Summary: Property is beautiful, gated and very quiet community. Pool and Hot tub were easy to use. Well cared for home. We had a few challenges, however the property manager and owner were very helpful and communication was excellent. If planning a family trip with multiple drivers - your challenge will be the gate key, only one available and the front gate answering service is not reliable later in the evening.

Summary: The amenities said there was a grill listed we enjoy grilling out. The grill was in the garage with a note on it to call and ask if we could use it so we did and was told no that the owner doesn’t want anyone using it , than I feel you should not list it. We cooked our thanksgiving meal at the home and it is lacking some kitchen supplies like measuring cups , large pot to boil potatoes , more than one baking dish. The pool man helped us figure out the pool. Overall the house was nice just lacking a few things

Summary: The property is exactly as described on VRBO so a perfect start. Located in a very quiet gated community with plenty of wildlife to see. Located close to the I75 for easy access to Tampa and the north as well as Naples to the south. Some really nice back roads to explore too. All the major supermarkets within easy reach and plenty of restaurants nearby. I would definitely return to this property/area again and would definitely recommend. Owner was contactable and provided excellent access information.

Summary: Anthony (owner) and Martin (manager) were very accommodating. Very much appreciated their help in making arrangement for us due to travel change. Home exceeded expectation. Safe secure area in quiet area where all homes are newer and well kept .Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Summary: We rented this home in need of space for 6 adults. We we're all here for work. The pool and hot tub were two of the amenities we really knew would make our visit enjoyable, and believe me they did! Especially after long days working. The house is very spacious and the kitchen was great! The master bed and bath were like being in a seperate apt. Will definitely rent again if in the area.
