It is possible to buy seasonal products by collecting them in the garden and then for those who want it in the kitchen of the villa you can prepare the typical dishes with products at km 0. Finally, in August when the carobs are harvested, from which excellent candies are obtained, upon agreement with the farmers, it is possible to participate in the "carob tree cutuliata" which begins at the first light of dawn and lasts only for a few hours.
