Summary: This house is the perfect stay for Bordeaux. Quit neighborhood, great house and within 20-25 min walk downtown Bordeaux. Also very nice and cooperative host. One small detail. We were with 7 people, with one toilet sometimes a little challenge. But overal 5 ⭐️ rating! Highly recommend!

Summary: Spacious and lovely (quirky) house with everything you could possibly need. Quiet residential location but near bus/ tram and some shops and restaurants. It was fantastic to have so much space and different areas to sit together. Comfortable bedrooms. Highly recommended

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in this quirky French house, which has all the facilities that you could imagine. The owner was excellent in their communication and we've enjoyed the stay greatly. It's a short walk to the to the local immunities and nice stroll into the city centre.

Summary: Low key neighborhood within easy walking distance of all you need to see Bordeaux center. Bus stop close by. Many options for shopping and dining. Great gathering place after a day of sight seeing. Wonderful to have off street parking if you have a vehicle.

Summary: Loved the house, the central location, the quietness of the neighborhood, the wonderful welcome and flexibility of our host who allowed us to drop off our baggage and to check in well before our time. We loved the plum tart that our host offered us and had breakfast a few days with it. We would stay again and again in this charming house with the lovely patio. Merci, Mme Annick. Summary: We have stayed at many rentals before, but this is ranked top of all of them. Annick put a lot of thought and care into the property, from the artful decorations around the beautiful home, to the well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We have a 2 and 5 year old and the home was especially accommodating to us, with the child's room, toys, and extra kids gear. The sunroom was such a pleasant space to be in even on the cooler days. We felt so comfortable and at ease in this home, and wish we could have been there longer than the one week we stayed. Annick was very warm and responsive to us, and her welcome gift of a bottle of Sauterne, macaroons and chocolate eggs for the kids was just icing on the cake. I could not recommend this rental enough!

Summary: Nous etions tres confortables. La maison etait parfaite, la ville belle. Annick and her family were very welcoming. The arrangements were easy. When there was a problem with the phone and wifi, a family member spent hours fixing it for us right away. Terrific hosts, nice home, easy access to downtown--we walked all over the shopping district! I would stay there again.
