Summary: 7 of us stayed 12/31-1/5.My husband and our 3 adult children 23-27 and sig others. The house is beautiful and spacious. Lyhn, the homeowner gives really great info ahead of time about the property and things to do. We are pretty familiar with CSL and SJDC so I didn’t really need that much guidance on setting up activities. We did have Noelia come to the house for massages and she is amazing and super sweet. We also had a chef Tez come to the house one night , which was amazing- there are also many fabulous restaurants. Los Tamarindos, Acre, La Lupita and flora farms. Uber is amazing there. Not pricey, comes fast and very safe. The security in the area and at the house was amazing. Ricardo was super helpful when we had a few questions about the house in general , as was Lyhn herself. Probably the only thing I’d do differently is I would get my own groceries and alcohol. Because of the holiday I think a lot of things were sold out and we ended up with things we didn’t like or need as a substitute bc I didn’t know the alternative brands to ask for. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing , beach club is worth it if you’re there for a week. It was closed NYD so we just to the golf cart to the beach, and never used the gym. Water as rough at times so use caution. You won’t be sorry if you stay here- it’s pure peace. Thank you Lyhn !

Summary: Everything you could want or need and vacation home. Community and location were outstanding. What floor is in the bathroom and can be slippery however so make sure you use the mats.

Summary: Beautiful house, ocean views and great communication. Fit our family of 7 very well. The kids loved the pool and we adults just loved lounging on the patio. We did do a bunch of day trips - we’re about 25-30min from CSL so that does add up.

Summary: What a wonderful stay we had a this house. Our girls weekend was completely enhanced by both the beauty of the view and the home as well as the constant on demand support of the house manager and his assistant. From booking massages in the house to our dine in chef, it was an experience to remember. We highly recommend this wonderful retreat!!

Summary: This is the second year my family stays at fundadores and we loved this home. It had absolutely everything. Pics do not do it justice. It is spacious, beautiful, clean, amazing views, comfy, great location, beach club is perfect too. Would definitely recommend !!!
