Location, location, location! In its ideal location on a cul de sac in beautiful East Hampton Village, this custom built 5 bedroom, 4½ bath vacation home has it all. Its amenities include a heated swimming pool, central air-conditioning, a charming covered front porch, and a chef's kitchen featuring designer finishes such as granite countertops, gas range and oven, luxury tile work, and 9-foot ceilings. The master suite offers 10-foot ceilings and a stunning adjoining bath with walk-in tiled shower. A tastefully finished basement includes a sound insulated media room and an optional fifth en suite bedroom offering comfortable accommodations for extra guests. The property offers privacy in a lush setting with mature plantings and professional landscaping. All of this is within a ten minute stroll to the village shops, boutiques, outdoor cafes, theaters, art galleries and tennis courts and a five minute drive to the legendary ocean beaches in East Hampton. The rental rate for rentals less than 30 days is inclusive of all utilities (e.g. central air, WiFi, flat screen tvs with streaming capability, professional pool and garden maintenance, etc.) and all other costs with the exception of the final cleaning fee, tax, and pool heating (optional).
For rentals of 28 days or more we offer significant monthly discounts. Please note that utilities, care of the grounds, pool cleaning/maintenance, snow/ice removal, and garbage pick up are extra. There is no county tax on rentals of 30 days or more but NY state sales tax is applied to all rentals less than 90 days.
For all stays longer than two weeks, interim cleanings are required and are additional.
Please ask about the status of the pool in April and the first half of May.

Summary: Lovely home which accommodates a large family. Nice quiet location, except for the train which is unavoidable. The owners and housekeeper were very accommodating. We loved the puzzles! Sadly the weather did not cooperate for our stay so we didn’t get to use the gorgeous pool. Still a wonderful visit. Highly recommend trying an e-bike tour with local guide Ryan.

Summary: This property accommodated our family of 8 adults and a 1-year-old beautifully. Everyone had plenty of room, the property was immaculate, and the pool/private back yard was wonderful and used daily. Location was perfect on a quiet side street within 5-10 minutes of Main Beach and downtown East Hampton. Jeanne was a fantastic host and responded quickly when needed.
