Spacious single floor home with short walk to quiet bay beach. Back deck and sunroom face west over Primehook national wildlife refuge. Stunning sunsets while dining in this air conditioned sunroom make this area one of the favorite rooms to spend time in. A large open floor plan in front part of house offers peeks of Delaware Bay and sunrises can be spectacular while enjoying a morning coffee.
A large Master bedroom with adjoining spacious full bathroom includes two person tub. There is a outdoor shower for rinsing away the days salt and sand. Access to the private bay beach is available to renters and is just a short walk away. Dogs are allowed on the beach however picking up after them and keeping them on leash are required. Summary: We absolutely loved this house and would stay again! We definitely recommend staying here for a small family, it’s so cozy and relaxing! There were a bunch of butterflies hanging out in the one tree as well as a heron on top the tree another day. Amazing and well kept property!

Summary: My family had a wonderful week at this lovely property! It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing week. The owners were friendly and very responsive to questions. We all agreed that this was the nicest property we have rented since we started vacationing in the area. We hope to be able to come back next summer.

Summary: My family enjoyed a relaxing vacation here! The house had all the comforts of home, including linens and a fully stocked kitchen. Our favorite was the sunroom where we loved watching the sunset over the wildlife refuge each night. The beach is beautiful and easily accessible. We also enjoyed visiting a nearby winery. The only downside- it was buggy, so be prepared with bug repellent.

Summary: I never leave reviews but am moved to because this was such a lovely stay. The location is amazing- next to the beach, salt marsh, nature preserve. Taking walks was beautiful. The house is spacious and cozy and generally lovely (the views, two baths, nice art, kitchen appliances, games, etc). I could go on. I went in winter and hope to go back at other times of year as well.
