Summary: The house was well stocked and clean. We had a minor issue with the keypad but they have a backup key to access the house. The house is steps away from the bay. I would consider renting again.

Summary: The house is very well stocked with everything you’d need. It is a very cute beach house with lots of room for our party of 10 and more. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of rooms for various sleeping arrangements. The house is directly on the beach. We didn’t realize the bay side would be so different from other beaches (we haven’t ever been to a DE beach). The water was calm but there were also a lot of dead horseshoe crabs and seaweed on the beach. The owners did provide a rake if needed. The upstairs balcony was the perfect retreat for mornings and evenings watching the water. It was a bit of a remote area with the nearest grocery store seeming to be about 20 minutes away - so plan accordingly. Would recommend and would stay again.

Summary: Perfect place on the beach for the whole family!! Adequate space and a huge dining room table where we could all have meals together!! We barely ever needed to leave the house as the beach access and space in the house was all we needed for the week!

Summary: Check in and communication with Vacasa and Meticulous Ladies Cleaning was TOP NOTCH. The home is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. The beach was pretty and natural. Lots of horseshoe crabs which we enjoyed but did not swim and only waded in the water. It was so peaceful and we look forward to returning to the area.
