Positive: Location convenient to walk most places; well equipped; clean; fun; access to Netflix & YouTube TV & staff always answered ?'s quickly.
Negative: Really nothing; but climbing 44 steps with heavy luggage was not easy. Needed a bathroom rug & nonslip mat for inside tub-these are minor😄
Summary: We had a blast in Memphis & it was largely due to our fun stay here.

Positive: The location is conveniently located to everything downtown. We were able to walk to the Peabody, explore Beale Street and the Civil Rights Museum at the Lorraine Motel. We even had free parking!
Negative: Not a thing.

Positive: Beautiful spacious apartment, well fitted. Comfortable bed. All the amenities we needed including washer/dryer. Excellent location - easy walking distance to both Beale street & Civil Rights museum. Free off-street parking. Quiet.
Negative: Honestly we can’t fault it. You have to be careful in wider Memphis as there are some rough areas, but this part seemed fine and we felt pretty safe.
