You'll love the tranquility of Flagler Beach as well as Flagler's proximity to St. Augustine, Orlando, Daytona Beach, Cape Canaveral and 5 Championship Golf Courses. Flagler Beach has been voted one of the 'Best Small Towns in America.'!
This four bedroom 3.5 bath home is meticulously maintained. The top floor offers the master suite, an ensuite and a half bath. This is our second home and we treat it as such!!
I look forward to hearing from you and sharing our own little piece of paradise. I'm quite confident you'll enjoy your stay! You will be working directly with the owner of the home, there are no management companies to deal with!
DURING THE SPRING AND SUMMER MONTHS WE ONLY RENT ON A SATURDAY TO SATURDAY TIME FRAME. AFTER AUGUST OUR MINIMUM STAY IS 3 NIGHTS. HIGH SEASON RUNS FROM THE FIRST SATURDAY IN FEBRUARY UNTIL THE END OF AUGUST.

Summary: House worked our perfectly for us. It was walking distance to a family home where a memorial celebration was being held. Also located directly across AIA from the Atlantic - pretty views. Lots of space - 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths worked perfectly for three couples and one single. We even had our daughter's cat with us! Owner very responsive and easy to work with.

Summary: Great location. The house is large, great layout for groups or families, plenty of bathrooms, and has everything you might need. The upper deck has a great view of the ocean, and when the sun was setting and/or it was too windy or cold for the front, we sat on the back deck which was hot and sunny. Decorated nicely. However, the house could use a deep cleaning (insides of drawers, mop floors, wash bedspreads) and could definitely use some new towels and pillows. Overall though, we had a pleasant stay. Lots to do in St. Augustine.
