Awesome, quaint, cute, private, and ideally located in the heart of Flagler Beach. Steps to the beach, right by the Pier, nestled in between everything Flagler Beach has to offer.
An adorable two bedroom, one bath house with a separate sititng room, and full size kitchen. The house is completely remodeled, with brand new cabinets, countertops, tile, and wood flooring. Tons of space, and a split floorplan for privacy. Brand new furnishings with total beach flair. Each bedroom has new queen size beds, dressers, mirrors, and vanity options. Remote accessible ceiling fans are located throughout the house. Three large flat screened smart TV's are situated in the living room, bedroom, and separate sitting room. Bathroom is wheelchair accessible, as is the house itself. Living room has a new couch, and sitting room has a futon for additional sleeping options.The home includes a washer and dryer(available for weekly or monthly reservations), beach chairs and umbrellas, a beach cooler, rafts, and a beach cart for easy transport.. All linens are included and the kitchen has all the necessities needed including a Keurig coffee maker, and blender. An ironing board and iron are also included. The entry door locks are key less and you will provide the four digit code to be programmed so you can easily remember it . The kitchen includes brand new stainless steel appliances: a refrigerator, range, microwave oven and a dishwasher. High speed internet access is included. Smart TV's are loaded with APP's for your viewing pleasure.
The outside patio is completely fenced in for privacy. Tranquil and soothing, it's a great place to relax, read, sun yourself, or BBQ for yourself or the family. An outdoor shower area makes it easy to cool off, or rinse off from the beach.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION- whatever your heart desires, you have it right next to you here. Park your car, and forget about having to drive anywhere. The options are plentiful. Restaurants, bars, shops, galleries, museums, and THE BEACH are surrounding you here.

Summary: Came down for the race in Daytona was a great place to stay very clean and quaint and close to several restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This was an amazing stay. The Property Manager was great and really made us feel special. I will 100% stay at this location again. You are 2 blocks from the beach and within walking distance of all the restaurants. Definitely try this house.

Summary: Don’t be fooled by the small look of this property’s exterior. There is plenty of room for up to six adults and the location. (2 blocks from the beach) was perfect. You are also steps from many dining/shopping opportunities and the center of town. Close by are the Flagler pier and the Betty Steflik Nature preserve. The property had everything we wanted and was super clean. Extra parking was available in front of the house and the owner responded to any and all questions quickly and courteously. We would definitely stay here again to enjoy all that Flagler bBeach has to offer.

Summary: We loved this house. Everything about it was adorable and comfortable. Susan’s house had everything that you would need and a lot of extras. The location is super close to the beach and restaurants. We will be back to stay again!

Summary: Rented this location for my family to stay nearby during my daughter's graduation from the local high school. The location is perfectly situated to explore Flagler Beach near downtown, the pier, restaurants, and nightlife. The accommodations were clean and spacious. Perfect for 2 couples to enjoy. The owner was responsive and available. My family was extremely happy with their stay and I would highly recommend this property. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your rental!

Summary: My daughter and I had a great time in Flagler Beach! Susan is a wonderful person and made sure our stay was comfortable. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed! The restaurants are within walking distance as is the beach and pier! The Dollar General is within walking distance or a very short drive. The only thing I would suggest is a lamp in the living room if possible (minor thing). Otherwise we loved the home and enclosed patio!! Thanks Susan, I hope to be back again with the whole family!!
