Summary: Everything was provided in the property, even all the kitchen utensils and coffee. Not just a single use coffee packet, but a full can along with a 12 cup coffee pot, just like at home. Roomy and quiet. We'll stay here again when we can.

Summary: Conveniently located right off the interstate. A couple good restaurants within a five minute walk. Definitely a great value and worked well for us. The property management was quick to respond and we would book it again.

Summary: This was a great place to stay for the evenings after long days. The room was clean, quiet, and had a good AC unit. Having the store nearby makes for easy snacks and breakfast. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Summary: Ratings based on expectations - clean, convenient property with a good price point. Property is a conversion from a former motel. They did a good job with the conversion and the unit we stayed in was spacious with a full bath and living area. Kitchen scaled back - don’t expect to cook anything unless it’s small and toaster oven friendly. There were some friendly full time neighbors who seem to look out for the place, mixed with some more transient neighbors. I am assuming the late night noises were from the latter. Overall - if you are passing through and looking for a convenient location to stay for a few nights at a good price point, this property won’t “wow” you but it is certainly comfortable.

Summary: Property is being setup and is exactly as described...future improvements are in the works. Hostess was responsive. The affordable price reflects the bare bones of the property. Very convenient to I-5. Location is a bit "seedy". Hostess was open to suggested improvements. Furnishings are sparse, but again, if you are looking for affordable pricing with basic necessities and convenience to I-5, this property meets those needs.
