Summary: Hotel is very well located near main attractions. Plenty of local restaurants in the area and tramway is just up the street. Rooms are on the small size for North American standards but we still managed on our 5 day stay. Suggestion for the hotel. Add additional hooks in bathroom as well as a few shelves for storage to make the best usage of space.

Summary: I was travelling with a family of four in the family room. While the room was a bit tight for four people and luggage, the staff service was outstanding. My husband needed to have his glasses fixed and the staff was able to expedite having it repaired. All 5 of our luggage was lost and the staff was helpful in calling the airlines on multiple occasions to retrieve them back. We had to have laundry done due to the lost luggage and the staff helped out with that as well. Breakfast was great with a nice variety of options. The hotel was close to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Gran Bazaar and with MANY restaurant and shopping options. Would highly recommend. We did have some electrical issues in the room but we were able to deal with it.

Summary: The distance to historic sites was excellent, and the service at the front desk and from the cleaning ladies was impressive. The hotel was always clean and felt safe at all times. I would definitely return!
