2 Bedroom Apartment in Arc-1950, Bourg-Saint-Maurice

The apartment consists of an entrance hall leading to a bedroom with twin beds. There is a separate toilet and a shower room. Next door is the main living area, comprising comfortable seating including a double sofabed, a dining table with seven chairs, and a kichen area. On the opposite side of the living room, well separated from the twin bedroom, a door leads to the master double (super king) bedroom which has its own en-suite bathroom including a shower over the bath.
Beds are made up ready for you when you arrive.
The kitchen includes a hob, full oven and microwave oven as well as the normal cooking equipment.
Duvets are provided for all beds including the sofabed when requested - 2 x double + 2 x single. Clean bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) will be provided. Towels are provided for each guest - 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel each. We even provide an extra swimming towel. A bath mat is provided for each bathroom and a tea towel is provided for the kitchen. Small 'starter kits' are provided for bathroom toiletries and kitchen cleaning. Preparation of the apartment and cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the rental price.
Sadly all balconies in the Village are currently closed by the Bourg St Maurice municipality.
When we started renting the apartment ourselves, we modified the kitchen to make the worktops more useable. We also installed a new Samsung 40 inch HD TV with a subscription to Netflix, and our own dedicated broadband WiFi so the problems of sharing P&V's overcrowded WiFi are now history.
This is your chance for a real bargain, with sensible discounts from the tour operators prices. We are also happy to agree rental with you directly if you find the platform charges are something you would like to avoid - arc1950apartment followed by a full stop and then net.
We have owned this apartment from new, but in common with most owners at Arc 1950 we leased it to P & V and we were restricted to skiing for only 2 weeks per year. Happily now since the winter season of 2016-17 our apartment has been available to rent for all the weeks, apart from the weeks when our friends and family were out in the Village enjoying the snow!

Summary: A great apartment in one of the best locations in the village which is comfortable and well appointed. The welcome pack and dressing gown with slippers was appreciated and the host very informative and readily available for queries. Everything was explained well and the service department helpful in letting us know when the apartment was ready. Skiiing was fabulous in one of the best areas in France.

Summary: Richard was great at communicating with us before and during the stay. The apartment is perfectly located in the Princes des Cimes block, on the second floor overlooking the main square in 1950. We have stayed in Les Arcs a few times before and this was the best apartment we have stayed in. Thanks Richard!

Summary: Great apartment, perfectly located right in the centre of Arc 1950 village with direct ski in / ski out access. Apartment is large with good facilities; kids especially liked the strong wi-fi and smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. Small but well appointed kitchen - especially liked the Nespresso Virtuo coffee maker. Arc 1950 itself is a great village with plenty of restaurants etc accessible from the pistes. Fantastic communication from Richard the owner throughout booking and answering questions both ahead and during our stay. Would wholly recommend to anyone considering a stay here

Summary: Great apartment. Very comfortable. Lots of communal space and spacious bedrooms. Bin room just down the hall and pool and laundry room just one level below. Bakery downstairs and shop a few steps out front. Well equipped for self-catering. Good wi-fi and UK tv channels a bonus.
