Positive: Quite spacious, nice balcony (actually, two of them...) and very clean. The location is great if you love the beach area by the Meridien... Just outside the building there are some stairs to walk down to the Grimaldi Forum. Host was very helpful and sent a lot of useful information about the area.
Negative: The fassade of the building aged... Some chipped stones. The flat division is a bit uncomfortable if you need privacy between the travelers, no doors between the rooms, just a sliding bathroom door.
Summary: Spacious clean room in walking distance to the city centre

Positive: Very nice, clean apartment, comfortable beds, clean bedding and towels. A lovely touch in the room were fresh flowers. Nice contact with the manager, who was very helpful. Quiet area, beautiful Larvotto beach nearby. I recommend.

Positive: The location was great. The kitchen facilities were wonderful with some nice touches including Prosecco for arrival and nespresso pods.
Negative: The lack of doors! The apartment is completely open plan which isn’t reflected in the listing. There is no separation between the separate bedroom and living room, meaning that privacy is challenging for getting changed. Also a lack of mirrors - only one in the bathroom.
Summary: Great stay, friendly landlord but listing is misleading as it is a studio apartment
