Positive: A really nice hotel well maintained gardens and hotel rooms. Location means you do need to use taxi to get to city area but not expensive.

Negative: It was obvious that communication was a bit of a struggle. You need to be very clear and use simple words. Breakfast was OK but limited.

Positive: Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious. I enjoyed the jacuzzi. Good breakfast. Location is very good if you have a car - very quiet.

Negative: There were ants in the bathroom but it is Thailand so not a big problem.

Positive: The bed was comfortable and staff was lovely.

Negative: The restaurant was limited and lots of mosquitoes and mideges. Restaurant staff did not understand allergies or the difference between still water and soda water.
