Positive: Absolutely amazing and helpful host. Many unexpected and appreciated amenities were provided which enhanced our stay! Finding parking was a little challenging, but eventually we did. Host came out to greet us and helped us carry our luggage up the 10 stairs to the apartment. Was available when we checked out as well to do the same. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Grazie!!

Positive: I have stayed in many apartments and airbnbs, but never felt so welcomed. This apartment is just perfect and our only regret was we only booked it for one night. I'm sure we'll return if we have a chance. The location is perfect, very close to the train station, five minutes from Genova cruise port and can be reached easily from the airport. There are many grocery stores nearby. As it is close to the railway, sometimes you can hear the trains coming and going, so if you are bothered with that kind of noise, be prepared. The apartment is very spacious and clean, with everything - really everything - you need for your stay. Fridge was full, coffee, tea, olive oil, pots and pans, I can't think of a thing that could be needed, but was not provided. We were truly amazed. The aparment looks even better live than in the pictures. There is high-speed internet connection and a huge TV with streaming services, if you spend the evening inside. Getting in was very easy and straightforward. Luca, our host, kindly sent all the information for finding the apartment. He always responded to our messages quickly. I would give 100 points.

Positive: Just like in the pictures and more! Very clean, the bed and pillows super comfy. Great locatiion, walking distance to everything, central but quiet Great interaction with the owner. Very clear instructions on how to get here and to the parking space, which is very close. The apart has everything, including a washing machine, fully equiped kitchen and full fridge😀, etc We are sorry to leave, but definitely will come back!!

I would especially like to highlight the kindness and help of the host Luca. The description of the accommodation does not include meals, but I can assure you that you will neither go hungry nor thirsty! Thank you for everything!

Positive: Luca was a great host, despite us arriving quite a bit later than we had expected. When we had a problem with the wifi, he arrived promptly to fix it and wa svery gracious. Location was very good, a short walk to the Metro station and main railway station. Despite the proximity to the railways, it was quiet in the property. The old historic center is close most of it within easy walking distanceost from the property. Luca provided the basics in the kitchen for snacks and cooking such as juice, olive oil balsamic vinegar and spices. The room was a very good size. It was nice to have the couch and TV in a separate room from the bedroom.
Negative: The pillows were thin.
Summary: We would stay at Luca's again if we were back in Genova.
