Positive: Friendly hosts who are working very hard to finish work in their main cottage. Set menu breakfast served to your room which had fridge, microwave and toaster, cafetiere and tea set. You sit at the small breakfast bar with its matching stools to eat. Spotless facilities and comfortable bed.
Negative: If you're into cooked breakfasts you'll have to do with a dietary one of avocado, banana, apple, granola, lemon wedge, honey and bread. A selection of juices and some yoghurt which could be placed in the fridge would raise the standard considerably.
Summary: Quiet village location with a great pub minutes walking away

Positive: Nice and neat, very clean and tidy. Liked having water and milk in the fridge, nothing worse than those little capsules of UHT milk!
Negative: Could have done with some info on how to use the TV, took a while to realise that you can't use it except via the Apps.

Positive: Perfect for a romantic getaway. The cottage is lovely, clean, and equipped with everything one might need. You can even watch netflix on the TV. The surrounding area is really pretty and tranquil. A delicious breakfast was brought to our room in the morning. Highly recommended, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come again!
Negative: I don't really have anything negative to say! The only slight inconvenience for us was that we do not have a car and there were no available ubers or taxis nearby, so the day we arrived we had to walk to the train station. It is not too far away and it is a lovely walk, so we really didn't mind, the only issue is that there is no footpath (at least as far as I'm aware!) so we had to walk on the side of the road and be very careful, especially when turning. We booked a taxi in advance to go to Hever castle the next morning, and it was bit more expensive than usual because the driver had to come from a nearby town. So I would be mindful of that and plan in advance if you do not have a car! It really wasn't a huge issue though, and nothing to do with the property itself. If you have a car this won't affect you at all, the location is otherwise excellent.
Summary: Lovely cottage, gorgeous surroundings, perfect for a romantic getaway!

Positive: A lovely little find in a very pretty quiet village. Room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean with every thing you need. Milk in the fridge was a great touch as we'd forgotten to pick some up. Breakfast brought to us on a tray, wasn't sure what it would be, pleasantly surprised. Only stayed for one night as we went to see the wonderful Julian Clary in Tunbridge Wells. Will definately return. Thank you😍
Negative: No negatives at all apart from hearing guests next door, showering quite late at night. Very bright light(clock dispay)on microwave but covered it with s'thing! Minor‼️
Summary: A lovely little find😍
