The Cranbrook is a fully-furnished, newly updated Mid-Century home in a close-knit Columbus neighborhood near Upper Arlington and Clintonville. Our home is adjacent to The Ohio State University campus and its hospitals, including the world-renowned James Cancer Hospital. Around the corner is OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital for patients, families, and staff. You'll love easy access to downtown to visit the most popular areas (Short North, Arena District, German Village), attractions, and restaurants!
The Cranbrook was updated in Late 2022 with all new paint, kitchen cabinets/counters/appliances, bathroom vanities, light fixtures, wall coverings, windows, and doors, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
The main/entry level boasts a living room, dining room, and fully-stocked kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a new microwave, new stove/range, range hood, two walls of cabinets, dishwasher, pot/pod Keurig, bakeware, cookware, storage containers, garbage disposal, crockpot, mixer, toaster, coffee bean grinder, food processor, and all dishes you can dream of! The dining room offers up seating for 6 with new dining furniture. The living room holds a leather couch, two high back chairs, tables and lighting.
The upper level includes three bedrooms (King, Queen, and Full beds). Each room has new mattresses, bedding, dressers, closets, laundry basket, hangers, and blackout curtains (perfect for those that work night shift!) The King and Queen bedrooms have Smart TVs. A full bathroom hosts a combined tub/shower, new vanity, lighting, and mirror and all personal care amenities. A linen closet with supplies for 8 complete this level.
The lower level offers a retreat for relaxation with a 50" SmartTV, couch with full bed and linens, chair, light-filtering curtains, half bath, and laundry area with a full size washer/dryer. There is also an exit to the gated backyard and brick patio.

Summary: This is a great property… Laura has been a great responsive owner. Everything is very clean. My daughter and my sister visited me and they commented how nice a property this was. I will be coming back to Columbus in a few months to visit my daughter again and I hope this property is available.

Summary: Our Cranbrook stay was perfect. Everything about the home is as described. Super clean & nice space for gathering in the dining room & living room. We like to cook in on Sunday mornings. The kitchen provided all necessary equipment to “brunch away.” Additionally the neighborhood is quiet & safe. We were in town for my daughter’s junior recital at the School Of Music/OSU. I don’t think it was possible to stay closer or in a more convenient location. With minimal traffic it was a quick & easy 9 minute trip. Highly recommend this Vrbo to OSU families & fans. Hoping to stay again!

Summary: Beautiful home close to everything downtown Columbus ! Furnishing and decor were perfect! Cozy sitting area to talk and gather! Bedrooms had wonderful space and soft sheets and blankets !
