Summary: We had a fabulous stay with several families/relatives for 5 nights. The convenience and beauty of this house is incredible. Very short walk to beach, even enemy parents were able to make it down to the water’s edge. Had poor experience with Vacasa management, as they were very slow to respond to a security concern, which hindered our ability to freely leave the house with our belongings in it. (More info on that can be found in our review on the Vacasa listing, if needed.) But the house itself is incredible if you need a big, comfortable, and convenient place to stay for several days in the area!

Summary: This home is beautiful inside and out! Very spacious and clean. It was very nice that each bedroom had their own bathroom too. Beautiful view from the main and upper floor. The pool area is wonderful with plenty of patio furniture. The outdoor shower to wash away the beach day is an added plus - and the entrance to the private beach is almost directly across the street. The traffic on this street is constant and very loud with revving cars and loud music so don't expect any peace and quiet on the decks, ever. The kids did think it was fun to wave to the partiers, fancy golf carts, and big trucks though.

Summary: My family and I loved the ocean view from every floor in the house. We also loved the private beach access so that you were always guaranteed a nice spot on the beach. We also loved how close the house to dining and shopping. We would love to have had the pool heated as it was a little to cold for the littles in our family to enjoy. There was one thing that really stuck out to our family to rent this home and that was the walk in pantry that is shown in the virtual tour, but when we got to the home it had a number lock on it and was not accessible. That was a real bummer because when you have 5 families with their own groceries that left little space to store things. Overall it was great stay and a wonderful house for out families and we will defiantly keep this home in mind for next year!

Summary: Enjoyed our vacation!! House was so beautiful, big and comfortable for our family. Loved all the amenities of the property, including location.. Pool was so clean and perfect. Can't wait to go back and will definitely be renting this one again. We had a couple of issues, but called property management and was taken care of in no time. Thanks for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Summary: Our group absolutely loved staying here. The house was beautiful and the view was even better. Having a full size bathroom with more than enough towels in each room was perfect. The beds were so comfy! The kitchen had everything we needed including a keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee maker. Both balconies had seating so we were able to enjoy meals and coffee while enjoying the view. The pool was saltwater and the temperature was perfect! We found some floats and chairs in the back storage closet which was convenient. One of the best features were the speakers through out the house and even on the patio and pool area that we controlled in the living room. The walk across the road and to the private beach was a lot shorter than I expected. There is a gate code for the beach access that is provided on the day of your arrival. There was an issue with the front door not locking but I contacted VRBO and they sent out a local maintenance guy within a few hours to fix it. We did use the outdoor shower which was nice to get all of the sand off before going inside.

Summary: Our rental house was newly constructed. As such, everything was spic and span. The location across from the beach was exceptional and the private pool was great. I would suggest blinds in the bunk room. Great stay. Hopefully, it’ll be available next year.
