Summary: We hosted a gathering for my graduation party and this was the best property to rent for it. Joe was amazing at communication and making this the best stay possible. Perfect space for my family both inside the house and outside on the property. Hot tub was great and an adorable little pond outside. Great for both kids and adults. Kitchen was perfect to cook for a gathering. Beautiful views and easy access to durango. Overall such a good experience and nothing else like it on all the rental sites. Thank you joe!!

Summary: This was a great place , The family and I felt so comfortable. The house was very cozy, warm, great views and private. This is a great for a big family cause there is so much room and you can have a great time not having to worry about making noise for the neighbors. Over all I would recommend this place to family and friends. Owner communicates very well.
