Summary: We had six adults on our trip. The home is beautiful. It is clean, has plenty of space and is well stocked. We did not use the pullout couch, but I took a nap on it and it was very comfortable! It has a wall between it and the family room area and if we needed the bed, it would have worked fine. The pool and hot tub are amazing; we had to pay a little bit extra to have them heated, and it was well worth it! We loved the outside spiral staircase to the upper viewing deck. What a view!!! We would definitely stay here again. We also always had immediate reply’s from the owner.

Summary: We loved the amenities, and were very happy with the property in general . The house was clean and beds were all very adequate. However before electing to stay we ask if the there was fresh paint or plug in air fresheners and were told there there wasn’t. My wife is very sensitive to these type of smells and upon arrival found plug ins throughout the house , we unplugged them but the smell lasted throughout our entire stay , this was very disturbing and a major irritant .

Summary: The house was nice and mostly had what we were looking for. The backyard games were pretty beaten up. The host was easy to communicate with and was able to help us with a couple items. The 5th bedroom is not a bedroom. Its an open air den with 2 entry points without doors and a big open air window. This was the only major problem with the listing. Stove and oven worked great, everything was clean. Icemaker is a little slow so bring a bag of ice.

Summary: This home is in a quieter area north of Phoenix. Nice trails at end of street. Comfortable beds and lovely kitchen. Nicely furnished and good supply of startup necessities such as toilet paper, and sponges, soap. We enjoyed the area yet it was still close enough to get to downtown Phoenix in about 35- 40 minutes. Had some entry trouble due to batteries needing replaced but the owner answers back very quickly! Would recommend this home!

Summary: The house was just as gorgeous as the pictures!! We all enjoyed the pool, horseshoes, and playing catch in the yard. The owner got back to us quickly with all our questions. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to our friends! Greg, Colleen and family

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this location! It was clean, well, stocked, beautiful, pool, and hot tub! The beds were so comfortable and the neighborhood felt very safe! I would highly recommend this location.

Summary: We loved this house for the spaciousness and hot tub! It was perfect for us to jump into after a long day out and about. The kids loved the heated pool. Outdoor kitchen was great for the nights we stayed in to grill.
