Summary: I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this house no complaints, but I do have a suggestion. I would invest in MATTRESSES. When traveling getting a good nights rest is very important, invest in better MATTRESSES. The owner was awesome, very prompt and easily accessible.

Summary: The house was a great layout for our family of 5. New construction, clean, new furnishings, nice personal touches from owner. Spotty wifi. We were able to cook our meals. It was clean and the host was very communicative. The mattresses are very hard. Although the location was great to get to our travel sports event, the neighborhood is transitional. The next door neighbors were super loud one night through 2am, although I know this isn't anything the owner can control.

Summary: The house is very clean. Carpet is in great condition, no stains. The host communicated the checkin and checkout instructions very well. The host provided many kitchen and bath items (snacks, toiletries, laundry detergent etc). The house is located in a “low income” neighborhood. I was very uncomfortable with the area.

Summary: The house was equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and neat. It is located only 10 minutes away from Wingate and is near restaurants and shopping centers.

Summary: The house was great. Great layout for 2 couples with plenty of room. At first thought surrounding area was shady, but had no problems, no noise, all ended up fine. Will definitely return again owners are great.

Summary: We stayed over the Christmas holiday to be close to my son and grandson. The house was even better than depicted in the pictures. Plenty of space to enjoy. Cleanliness is my number one when selecting a VRBO, and this exceeded by expectations. The house was spotless upon our arrival and is no doubt extremely well maintained. We travel to Monroe 5-6 times a year and hope it is available for our future trips as it will be our number one choice!
