Cute and Cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage on the shores of private Lake Thirteen with 50ft of private lakefront. Enjoy coffee and sunrises off the 12 x 20 private back deck. Watch the pair of loons fish in the evenings while you sit at the lakeside fire pit. You could see the Bald Eagle fishing as well! Stroll along the lake on our paddle boat or or take a stealthy fishing trip on the kayaks. Lake 13 is an all sports 64 acre lake.
2 miles from Pere Marquette rails to trails and state land for the snowmobile enthusiasts or hunter.
Ice fishing in the winter season is great for perch and bluegill December through March.
If you work from home, the house is set-up with 200mbs Wi-Fi and you can set your equipment up on the bar, hardwire in, and have a lake view while working, or you can set up on the deck and work outdoors with Wi-fi!

Primary bedroom has a queen bed and 42inch flat screen TV, the guest bedroom has a full size bed and there is a bunk bed in the living room for the kids!

Summary: We had some of the best fishing ever. I n one day we caught 80 to 100 fish. We rented a. Pontoon through Fox equipment. We had it all week and enjoy the beautiful week of rest and relaxation

Summary: We really enjoyed staying in the Lake House! Our family rented it from 12/26-12/31 to visit our family during the holidays. We loved how warm and cozy it was and it was the perfect size for the three of us. The hosts were kind and attentive to anything we needed, which did include a snow shovel!! We also enjoyed the welcome package they left for us, they really went above and beyond! We would definitely stay here again and would love to experience the Lake House in the summer time!

Summary: Very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean cozy cottage- owners left us a nice welcome package. Watched the eagles fishing in early mornings and also saw a Blue Heron in yard. Great place to unwind and get away from it all. Loved that it was in Amish territory! Loved sitting on balcony overlooking the lake!

Summary: We loved our time at this cute cottage on Lake 13! We live out of state now and were coming back home to visit family in the Mt.Pleasant and Beal City areas, we were delighted to find this listing which allowed us to have a relaxing space of our own while also enjoying the area and family time. The lake was very quiet with minimal boater activities which we found to be very relaxing, we loved the sunrise and sunsets and fishing off of the dock. We have an eight month old so we didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the kayaks or paddle boats but know that we would have loved them. We also loved the recliners in the living room. Communication with the hosts was very easy and friendly, they left us a sweet gift basket. We would definitely return again.
