The outside area has a plethora of seating accommodations including a dinning table and chairs overlooking the water for the peaceful keys feeling , with access to the canal you can enjoy a nice coffee or a romantic dinner while the sun sets, or some early morning fishing on the back yard.

Summary: Spent most of our time outside enjoying the outdoor kitchen and relaxing in the comfortable seating options along the canal. The house was very nice especially the recent updates to the kitchen and master bath. We loved the private beach with the swimming area and it’s many palm trees for shade.

Summary: We loved the covered outside area, which contained a kitchen, dining, and relaxation area. We saw manatee in the canal everyday. It was also nice having a beach in the neighborhood.

Summary: This is a very clean, very comfortable property with a great lanai/porch for eating. It also has outdoor cooking space. An amazing refrigerator, too. Luisa could not be nicer or more responsive. And the community has a great beach, which is not that common in the Keys.

Summary: Luisa - Thank you so much for allowing us to use your beautiful home. Brain and I were in desperate need of a cold-weather break after a year of covid quarantine. We found Luisa's property available for a monthly rental and dog-friendly too. The property is a manufactured home on the canals in Key Largo. The property is very clean and has been recently redecorated including a gorgeous outdoor kitchen. Brian and I worked remotely while we were there, the internet was great and there was plenty of surfaces to use for laptops and monitors. The yard is fenced so we didn't have to worry about our dog getting loose. The neighborhood is great! Friendly neighbors, Carlos even taught me how to catch shrimp. The community beach was easily accessible and offered a boat ramp/ dock and sand for sunning and wading in the water. The best part is the Manatee, if you are going to Florida hoping to see Manatee this is the place to be. They visit every day!!! We saw more marine life from the dock at the house than we did in the nearby John Pennekamp state park. Thanks Luisa

Summary: We loved this property! Clearly this property has been recently renovated and updated with lots of beautiful touches. Both the indoor areas and outdoors areas are lovely - we spent so much time outdoors on the covered veranda area. We loved using the kayaks right off the dock and the paddleboards - seeing manatees right from the outside area or on short or longer kayak rides. So many manatees! What fun! Also, loved that Luisa left us with drinks and champagne to start our vacation. We will definitely come back if we are able. Loved it! Also, Luisa was very responsive and flexible with some questions we had. Love the place and location (quite close to Pennekamp and in the heart of Key Largo) but honestly it is a little oasis if you want to just hang out and never leave. Enjoy!!
