Positive: Location was amazing! Loved the sun room. Private beach was nice, the dock on the water was great, the Hot Tub was great. Cottage is roomy. Great to have kids toys and a high chair.
Negative: The blankets weren’t very clean (hairs on a couple of blankets and sheets), we couldn’t find the coffee machine as shown in the picture, but found a place close by and bought a coffee machine so that was ok. BBQ was not clean at all, had to buy disposable aluminum plates to use the BBQ. Very nice canoe and stand up paddle board were provided, but no proper paddles (just plastic paddles, 1 of which was duct-taped to a rod, so was difficult to enjoy the canoe). The air conditioner on the main floor didn’t work (only worked in fan mode), but the AC on the top level worked. Had to change the batteries on 2 of the remotes, but were lucky to have extra batteries with us. Main bathroom sink drains slow.
Summary: We enjoyed our stay. Some minor issues that could easily be addressed and fixed.
