It doesn't get any more Vineyard than taking in the breathtaking water views of the Elizabeth Islands and Menemsha from the tranquil deck. Watch the sun disappear into the Vineyard Sound. Stunning sunsets await you from the deck or from the light filled great room.
This recently renovated cottage is well maintained and pleasantly decorated with a classic vineyard up island cottage feel. The main part of the house has an open floor plan encompassing the living, dining and kitchen areas, with water views from many windows and glass sliders leading to a large deck with amazing water views and sunsets.
The house has three bedrooms, one of them has custom bunk beds for the kids.
The kitchen has been recently renovated with custom cabinets, center island and dishwasher. The bathroom has a new vanity and glass shower. The cottage also has a wonderful enclosed outside shower plus a new front load washer and dryer.
