Positive: I had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect for tourists – very central, full of restaurants, and close to both bus and metro stations. The room was comfortable, with an amazing view and everything was spotless. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Such warm and genuine people. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Positive: Accomodation is at a really good location near the Eiffel Tower and also affordable. Our host and his friend that greeted us were both super nice people and we had some great conversations with them. Definitely would recommend to choose to stay here when going to Paris.

Positive: The property was safe and secure located on the 2nd floor. It was close to all the main attractions, just a few mins on the no 82 bus ! Super friendly host, very relaxed apartment, clean and tidy room and an amazing shower ! Thank you .

Positive: Great location and wonderful host. Thierry was very friendly and welcoming, and was incredibly flexible with the check-in and check out times. We loved his recommendations and we had no issues during our stay. The metro was only 3 minutes walk away so it was very well connected.
Negative: It is good to keep in mind that this is just a room and there may be other guests during your stay. This was not an issue for us at all, but if you wanted something more private, I would recommend getting a hotel.

Positive: Last week, my friend and I went to Paris to sort out some documents at the Ukrainian embassy and we decided to combine business with pleasure, staying for a few days to explore the city more thoroughly. Our goal was to find a place to stay for a few days near the embassy, as we needed to be there early Monday morning. We were lucky to find an apartment in the heart of the city, in the very cozy, safe, and quiet le 6e arrondissement de Paris. All the major attractions were within walking distance, and we barely used the metro. It took us about 30 minutes to walk to the Louvre at a leisurely pace. Even a little rain couldn’t spoil the walk, as Paris truly feels like an open-air museum. The apartment had all the necessary things, it was warm and clean, and Parveen was very responsive and eager to help with any requests. He communicated with us like old friends and gave us great recommendations for exploring Paris. We felt like we were at home. The owners were also very accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than 3PM on Friday, as our train from the south of France arrived earlier, and we didn’t want to wander around with our luggage. On Monday, when we had business at our country's embassy, they kindly allowed us to leave our bags for a few hours, as our train schedule was different from the check-out time. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to meet Thierry, but we had a lovely time with his partner Parveen, discussing many interesting topics. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and keep it in mind for my future trips to Paris! Thank you for your hospitality! :)
