Close to the river that makes for nice walk in the neighbor hood. Conveniently located only minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW, Fort Myers), day and night entertainment, dining, shopping, golfing and the world renowned beaches of Sanibel and Captiva. Leave your stress behind and put yourself in the most quiet and relaxing place possible. A variety of incredible activities like shopping (Miromar Outlets, Coconut Point Mall, and Bell Towers Shops), restaurants, museums, cinemas and live theater are all conveniently located for the most amazing vacations!

Summary: Although we would have liked to be closer to beach this was a very reasonable alternative. Neighborhood is safe and friendly. Lots of areas to walk and play wuth our dog. Short drive to river district where there are so many options.

Summary: This home was in a nice quiet neighborhood close to the Manatee Park and the Boathouse Tiki Bar and Grill and a short drive to Fort Myers Beach and downtown Fort Myers. The outdoor space was awesome and the inside space was clean and spacious. The grill was nice to have to cook meals.

Summary: Very clean, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood close to I-75. About 10 minutes from downtown Fort Myers. Russ and Lynda were very helpful and responsive. There is a nice patio as well. I would definitely stay there again.
