Island Time Cottage is one block to the beautiful white sand of Sunset beach. Several local favorite restaurants and bars are within close walking distance. Close to local tourist areas and shopping.
Enjoy a cozy living area with a big screen TV. Full cable and internet access. Two bedrooms with 2 queen beds. Walk-in shower inside with a large outdoor shower.
Kitchen has brand new appliances including a gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle and refrigerator with ice machine. Fully appointed kitchen with everything you need to make a home-cooked meal. Equipped with a washer and dryer.
Enjoy grilling and outdoor dining in the large and private backyard.
Parking available for two cars.

Summary: My daughter and I had such a relaxing vacation in Treasure Island. This is my second year in this area and I absolutely love it! We can’t wait to come back next year. Katie was a great host and so thoughtful in leaving my daughter some fun and treats. House was stocked with the basics which was very helpful. Thank you for a great experience

Summary: Have you ever stayed at a VRBO and you don’t want to write a review because you don’t want any else to know about it, in the hopes it will always be available when you want to rent again? That’s this cottage. If you love a small historic cottage vibe with a lovely back yard space, this is for you. It’s been updated in the kitchen and bath and well appointed. It’s an easy walk to the beach on a super quiet street.

Summary: Came down to explore the area as I am relocating at the of end of this year. Could not have picked a more perfect place to have family/friends hang! The beach is literally 5 mins away and I worked remote the entire month. Great neighborhood, felt safe the entire time Easy to get to downtown St. Petersburg, St. Pete Beach, Pass a Grill, etc. Katie was so awesome and would highly recommend as a great space to get away!

Summary: Stayed with friends for the Fourth of July week, and Katie truly thought of everything! The kitchen is very well equipped (including good knives! Cut right through our watermelon!), the beds are comfy, and the outdoor shower is perfect with the beach just across the street. Truly can’t beat the location - with the exception of treating ourselves to a nearby spa, we didn’t need to drive anywhere the whole week. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
