Positive: The location of the house is excellent, situated in a nice neighborhood. The landlord responds quickly to messages and has a very good attitude. Everything is brand new and very clean.
Negative: The final location of the house is not the same as the address listed on the website, with a difference of almost 2 miles. Additionally, the landlord did not mention that the front door faces not a main road but a small alley. There are many garbage bins and flies near the entrance. The room’s ventilation is poor, making it feel stuffy easily. The air conditioner installed by the landlord is not well-installed and constantly makes a vibrating noise. Relying on a fan for ventilation is also insufficient.
