Summary: Great rental for two people. Lots of amenities like hot plate, toaster, pots, plans, microwave, refrigerator. Room is airconditioned, its very quiet. Shower water pressure is amazing. Room is very clean, lots of lighting, comfortable bed. Communication with the host was great, very responsive. Very easy to get in on arrival and to check out as well. Spent 4 nights here for a swim meet and it was perfect for us.

Summary: It has a cute beachy feel. The appliances were a plus for a short stay. But the couch was a bit uncomfortable. It’s not really set up to spend extended time there, just sleep. The entrance of the room was on the backside of the house in an alley way so it made ubering a little complicated. But all in all it was a nice place to stay for 3 nights. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe
