Summary: We chose this property because of its convenience to the library as well as the downtown. Even though the weather was quite cold, the walk to restaurants was easy. This place was quite cozy and warm. We really appreciated Erin checking in with us regularly to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely choose this place again!

Summary: I loved this studio! It was very clean and provided everything I needed for a wonderful stay. The host, Erin, was very kind when the weather delayed my arrival and was very helpful. I am planning to stay here again on my next visit to the Loveland area.

Summary: Walkable to Chilson Center and 4th Street shops and yummy restaurants. Erin was very helpful and accommodating-studio was comfortable and clean.

Summary: Overall: Highly recommend Erin as a host and this property for extended stays. Host: You can tell Erin is a person of high integrity who cares about her properties and her guests. She was quick to respond, the place was kept in really great shape, and she was flexible with our needs since we would be working there. I really appreciate Erin and am grateful we got to work with her. 10/10 Property: The property is in an ideal location, a short walk or drive from downtown Loveland, 30 min drive from downtown Fort Collins, and some nearby hikes. The property was really well cleaned and updated. Both my partner and I were able to set up workspaces with additional monitors and use the Wifi no problem. It is far enough away from the road that you won't hear many, if any cars. Water had excellent shower pressure and heat. There's even a heating mechanism in the bathroom to keep cozy. Kitchen is stocked with basic utensils, plates/bowls/mugs, a coffee machine, etc. We were able to make dinner each night easily on the electric stove (Sprouts is better than Safeway for groceries but more expensive). Laundry was easy to use (just don't use on Sundays). Closet space is huge. Any issues we had were more preferences like going in and out of the driveway was challenging trying not to hit certain things while backing out a long-gravel driveway, or the AC is a fancy unit but was hard to fall asleep to for us (we would recommend, swing, medium), or we couldn't sleep well in the bed even though it was a fine bed...etc. But these are not issues with the host or property as much as personal preferences to consider. The only thing I'd wish I'd realized was that the laundry is accessible by the other tenants and is attached to your bedroom. They only go in on Sundays and it's locked and we had no issues.

Summary: A small bungalow near downtown Loveland that’s close to the library and several other amenities, it’s clean and you have neighbors that live in the area. My mother and grandmother stayed here while they were visiting and thinking of moving to the area, and they loved it! There a lounge in the living room area that reclines into a second sleep area, and a queen sized bed. The kitchen and bathroom areas are great for cooking your own meals. It really was lovely.

Summary: Had everything we needed. Price was right. A little rough for my 6 ft son to sleep on the lounger but we hadn't expected him to stay with us the whole time. Best for a couple and a younger child but still worked for us. Great stay. Will return in the future!
