Private studio loft, fully furnished with private entrance in hip historic East Nashville. We follow Vrbo’s enhanced cleaning rules and have a contact-free check-in and checkout processes.
We are within walking distance are local coffee shops, entertainment options and award-winning restaurants. We are 4 blocks from Five Points, 1.7 miles from Nissan Stadium and 2.2 miles from Downtown and Broadway. A 3 to 4 minute wait for an Uber is about average with inexpensive fares to popular destinations. There are grocery stores and a pharmacy one block away. You certainly won't need your own ride while you're here. The neighborhood is completely safe with lots of foot traffic, and awesome neighbors. This is a studio apartment with queen bed, fully furnished kitchen, comfortable living area, and bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, microwave, full sized oven, and refrigerator. I will provide coffee, tea, filtered water and sugar for your coffee. Guests can come and go as they'd like, access the studio anytime by entering our privacy gate on the side of our house and a keypad entrance for easy checkin. The patio and backyard are really pleasant, surrounded by herb and flower gardens when the season is right. Our priority is for you to feel comfortable. As someone who travels a lot, I understand the importance of privacy. We make sure not to impose on your space but are also available if you need any assistance or recommendations. Summary: My partner and I stayed for a long weekend and it was a great location and comfortable amenities. We lived in a neighborhood nearby about fifteen years ago and it was fun to walk around east Nashville and see how it has grown. I highly recommend this location for a little getaway!

Summary: We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The location offers easy and quick access to downtown hot spots, as well as the Fairgrounds, and major interstates. The rental is located above a garage in the back yard of a really cool bungalow in a neat area of Nashville. We felt secure as there is a gate with a code allowing you access to the rental, as well as a code on the door. The rental was incredibly clean and cozy. There are stairs to access the rental in case that is an issue for anyone. Parking is on the street, but we had no problems finding a spot to park. There is a Kroger and other local places to eat and get a drink close to the rental. This location was perfect for two of us, and we would absolutely rent it again for our next trip to Nashville:)

Summary: This is my second year staying at this property and had another wonderful experience! It was a little chilly when I arrived in Nashville but the studio was nice and cozy warm! The studio was very clean and had all the things I needed. The location for me is perfect! Right around the corner from my daughter’s, Hannah Bee’s for coffe, Walgreens and two grocery stores on one end and on the other an awesome selection of restaurants.
