1 Bedroom House in Boyd Acres, Bend

This 500 sq. ft. unit shares a sound proof wall with my home but has its own front and back door, the back yard and side yard is private and sectioned off from the main house, the farm sink, stainless steel fridge, hot plate and microwave make longer stays nice. I added lots of touches to bring natural light in the unit (solar tube, 3 windows, and French doors) There are two TV in this unit along with a BBQ out in the side yard. Its a 7 minute drive to Down Town Bend, and a 20 min bike ride. The neighborhood is a safe & quite working class neighborhood. There are no street lights so the star gazing is amazing. I leave snacks, filtered water, coffee, tea and creamer for you when you arrive. Lots of extra blankets, and a split are system just for the unit. The electric fireplace makes for a relaxing atmosphere. Most people don't want to leave and book a return visit. This place wont disappoint you.
The place sleeps 4 but please note there will be an added $30.00 fee per night for 3 or 4 people.

Summary: We loved our stay here! Bed was so comfy and the cottage was decorated so nicely. The accommodation was immaculate. Little extra touches such as toiletries, hiking snacks, coffee really set this stay above the rest. We had nice enough weather one day that we could enjoy the little patio also. Communication with owner was immediate which was appreciated since the access instruction link in the VRBO app would not work. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Really loved this place and would stay again. Space feels light, bright, and roomier than it is--the vaulted ceiling really is great! Furniture is comfortable. As others have noted the bed is firm--I sleep on the firmest mattress I could buy at my local mattress store, and I found it too firm for me (so slept on top the comforter for extra padding). The outdoor area is fabulous and it feels like you are in a rural location. TV is HD and with lots of streaming options included. Even though it's in a garage, the floor was not cold and the HVAC worked great. Nice bathroom and shower! Note no oven, dishwasher, or w/d.

Summary: Our second stay at the cottage and it did not disappoint. Tracy has everything for you and your dog for a super comfy experience including the fenced back yard area that is fantastic for our small dog. Close enough to everything but in a very quiet neighborhood. Well be back again!

Summary: This 1 bedroom is everything Tracy stated it would be and we LOVED it for our 7 day stay! Very clean, well appointed and quiet guest quarters.... I'd call it more of a cottage feel. From the thoughtful Hepa air filter to the Peets coffee, lots of soft couch throws, and Greenies dog treats, nice appliances. we enjoyed this property and were very comfortable. So much natural light and the solar sun tube in the main living area flooded the room. And the French doors up front. The back patio with fire pit, seating, yard lights and an enclosed area, with grass for our dog was a huge bonus! We appreciated the details and cleanliness of the property, and the ease of communication with the owner. Very friendly, positive and helpful. Although right next door (we did not hear her through the soundproofing) we felt like we had our own privacy. We have stayed at 3 other properties in Bend, this one is our favorite and we will book again for July.

Summary: I would definitely rent to here again! Living area spacious with accommodations 2 televisions and Netflix etc. good parking, Lots of privacy and private patio.. Although mattress in bedroom little too firm for my taste But my husband slept fine in it Without a problem. I had to sleep on the couch which was very comfy. Very nice decor. I loved how nice and spacious the shower was. We will definitely stay there again.

Summary: Tracy did a nice job turning her attached garage into a short-stay facility. The location, at the north end of Nend, worked very well for us. It was very clean, and had several ‘homey’ touches.
