Huge deck for outdoor entartement,private seating on over of acre land in the heart of Cape Cod, close to Sandy neck ( 12 min )and Dowses beach( 14 min), lakes (8 min) , bike path ( 5 min) and all of the shopping and dining it's 10 minutes away from you.Very convenient to exit 5 on the highway ( 5 min away).Two floors , 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. All of the furniture , mattress, bedding, linens and towels are brand new.

Summary: We had a mini family reunion here, with 3 generations, and the property was absolutely perfect. Having all the beach gear and toys kept the kids happy, there was tons of space for everyone, and the huge back yard was a massive plus. Kami was a very helpful and communicative host and made sure we had everything we needed for a fabulous week on the cape -- highly recommend this home!

Summary: The property is very well located. 10 minutes from the beach, from stores etc.. very quiet neighborhood, awesome street to walk on ! Back patio is awesome ! Our family plays a lot of games and we had plenty of room to do so. A few things were a bit unexpected: -no closet in 2 bedrooms -2 homes under construction on the adjacent lots in the back of the house. We enjoyed our stay and Kami responded rapidly to our questions/ requests!

Summary: we loved staying at Kami's house. She is swift to answer questions and requests. We loved her home and it was in the ideal location. We loved the deck the most. It's very relaxing and our big family enjoyed meals together, especially dinner! However, I must say the kitchen is very hot as the house doesn't have central ac( it has floor ac units that were not that efficient for hot/humid days) The dining room, kitchen, and bathrooms were tremendously hot and humid! Also, adding more utensils and waste baskets in each bedroom would be greatly appreciated. All in all, we had a great time staying at Kami's house.

Summary: Kami was an amazing host who always responded quickly to any questions you may have. On arrival, our extended family of seven found the house extremely clean, warm and inviting. By the end of the first day, we felt like it was our own home. The house was well equipped with everything you would need, lawn chairs, kids toys, books, beach pass, even birthday candles! The very large backyard and deck, with gas grill, made for special family time. Our grandkids had a blast playing in the backyard while their parents were doing yoga on the lawn. The multiple T.V.'s with Xfinity cable service and fast Wifi was a real plus. We highly recommend you stay here so you can create the same wonderful memories that we did.

Summary: Our family really enjoyed staying at this property. It is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a dead end street. The back yard was wooded and private, with the exception of a few turkeys who strolled across the yard. There were 6 adults and four kids 12, 8,8 and 5. The yard was big and they enjoyed playing in the street with the basketball hoop, without having to worry about traffic. The rooms were good size and a lovely deck that we enjoyed our meals on. The house was stocked with everything we needed for the beach, including towels. Kami was very quick with responses when we had a question. The only thing that would have made this better, would be if it were on the ocean :-) But we very close to many nice beaches. I would highly recommend this property.

Summary: The property was lovely and had a great deck for gatherings. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. I would recommend this for a family gathering as there is a lot of space and room to spread the family out. Kami was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions I had.

Summary: Booked this for a big family holiday over Thanksgiving. Plenty of space for grown brothers, with our wives and kids, along with a set of grandparents. Fully supplied kitchen, large yard on a quiet street. The master bedroom downstairs is not quite finished, but we were plenty comfortable and had lots of room otherwise. And happily we had plenty of heat during one of the coldest Novembers in recent memory.

Summary: The property is well maintained and has everything we need for an enjoyable stay. It has plenty of spaces for 10 people and is located at a very quiet neighborhood. The large deck is amazing for a fun family cookout. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. All of us had a great time while staying at the property.
