The North Lodge features a Spacious Living Room with stone fireplace, 2 oversized Leather couches, fully equipped Chef's Kitchen, Large Dining Area and Laundry Facility. The Living Room & Porch offer remarkable views of Flathead Lake. The South Lodge is a Spacious 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom 2 Story Cottage with Fireplace, Balcony with amazing Lake Views, Living Room with its own Full Kitchen and Laundry facility. *Need additional space; at a nominal charge there are 2 additional 1 Bedroom Luxury Cabins with Queen Beds, full bathrooms, kitchenettes, Smart TVs and Starlink High Speed Wifi. These 2 Lodges nestled within the 20 acre wooded compound comprise The Stone Canyon Estate and sleep 10 adults comfortably; *Before booking your reservation please read the “House Rules” below. Please respect the policy and know that you risk lives by smoking. If you or your guests need to smoke (anything) this property IS NOT a match for you. This is a 100% Non-Smoking Property. If it is determined that Guest Renter or any Guests of Guest Renter have smoked anywhere on or within the property the Guest Renters occupancy shall be terminated immediately and Guest Renter shall be charged for the costs of a professional cleaning crew and additionally shall be charged all rental days that the property is made unavailable for rental until smoking smell and toxins have been thoroughly eliminated to the exclusive satisfaction of Host. Guest shall additionally receive a 1 Star Rating and a Warning to other Hosts shall be posted of Guest Renters willful violation of Hosts mandatory No Smoking rental rule. GUEST RENTER: Please, no more than reserved number of Guests are authorized to stay at the property at any one time ......No exceptions. “Guest Renter” must be present at the time of Check-In and throughout the rental period and will be greeted by Host or Host’s representative at Check-In; Guest Renter is required to present government issued identification at the time of Check-in to verify their identity. PROPERTY: No furniture or personal property located within the Estate or within the grounds may be moved or removed from the property by guests - No Exceptions. Damage to or removal of any personal or real property by the Guest’s during their occupancy shall result in the duty of Guests to immediately advise Host of the property’s damage or removal and of Guest’s obligation to immediately compensate Host for the damage or loss. Guest’s rights to stay and remain in possession of the subject property may be terminated at the option of Host and Guest shall vacate property immediately or risk prosecution for trespassing. FILMING: No commercial filming or photography of any kind may be performed on the grounds of this property with the prior written consent of the Host and without Guest first providing Host with proof of an acceptable liability insurance policy naming the property and the Host as additional insureds....
