Summary: We couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience. TenArches is ideally located in a beautiful and walkable suburban neighborhood. The Fuller guesthouse is designed for comfort and privacy. We enjoyed getting to know our host, who is friendly and accommodating. An ideal home away from home. We are beyond grateful for our stay!

Summary: Exceeded all of our expectations. Great location. The guest house was so comfortable, immaculate, and had everything one might forget to pack. The hosts truly went over and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Really felt sad leaving and saying goodbye to these very kind people.

Summary: This is the second time that I have stayed at Jerry and Annette’s place and it is wonderful. They are terrific hosts and the house is very nice and cozy. They have many kind amenities and I will look at staying at their place if available any time I’m in L.A. Grade A+

Summary: We had two couples share this terrific guesthouse. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood, very walkable and easy to locate. Jerry and Annette were terrific hosts and very communicative. It was probably one of the most well-appointed rentals we have ever stayed in; everything was thought of. Highly recommended and hope to stay again.

Summary: The house was spotless and the bedding was super comfortable (hotel quality)—something you don’t always find in a short term rental. The pool area was relaxing, no problem finding street parking, area felt very safe. Most of all, Jerry and Annette are a lovely couple and most welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: We stayed at this property for a long weekend to visit a sick relative. Jerry and Anette were wonderful hosts. Ten arches is a wonderful 2 bed 2 bath unit with a large dining room area and nice kitchen. It was the perfect place for my wife and I to stay with my brother. The Fuller's are very nice and showed excellent hospitality. I can say without doubt it is the best VRBO I have ever stayed at!
