Positive: We loved everything about it. Beautiful views. We met the owner who was such a nice kind man. We can tell he takes pride in his property. We enjoyed the pool alot . House was clean and comfortable. Loved having morning coffee on the deck. So secluded yet close to main roads. Perfect getaway. We will be returning for sure ..

Positive: The views were incredible. The guest house was beautiful. The property owners were friendly. It was a quiet area.
Negative: The guest house definitely needs a cleaning. There were some brown streaks on some walls and the bedroom ac. Spider/cob webs seen around the place. Hair from the previous guest left in the shower/on bathroom sink. The water in the shower barely got hot and lasted maybe 5 minutes before I had to get out. For the duration of my stay the water from every facet had a very strong metal odor, ended up using gallon water to brush my teeth because of it. The pool was beautiful but needed a cleaning, lots of bugs in it. Both of the bathroom ceiling fixtures had exposed wires from the metal bases sliding down. Because the inside of the house is wood and its a wooded area there were a lot of spiders inside the property. Also where the tv is mounted in the living room, the wooden beam is blocking it so you can only watch tv from half of the couch. The bed is a full size so a little small and not the most comfortable when it came time to sleep.
Summary: Beautiful property but in need of a deep clean.

Positive: The view really was spectacular! We went hoping to see a lunar eclipse. Unfortunately it was overcast but the view was so lovely we weren't even upset. The caretaker truly went above and beyond. And we didn't even go when the pool was open! (March) This honestly exceeded my expectations.

Positive: The guesthouse was beautiful. The location was private and although owners on site in main house, we didn't see them again during our stay. They respected our privacy but were accessible if we needed anything. The views were amazing too!

Positive: I loved that the owner met us on the property. He gave us a tour of the house and where everything was. He was a sweet and kind man. The property was beautiful and the view was amazing.
Negative: The only thing I wish was different is the shower did not have hot water. It was a Luke warm temp and I usually take my showers scorching hot, however, it was tolerable for the weekend!

Positive: Breakfast n/a Had good heat to take the chill off in the evening. Great view of lake, quiet and peaceful. Seems like you are in the middle of nowhere, but the main route is only a mile away. Bed was comfortable. The Host was personable and he had a beautiful dog… :)
Negative: Water pressure in shower, not great. If I had traveled with my wife, this would have been a big problem.
