The rental is close to many Florida attractions, such as Tampa (20 miles), Disney (90 minutes), Clearwater (20 miles), and the beach (10 minutes)!!! The rental is on a fully fenced in acre, Linens, charcoal grill, washer/dryer, and kitchen appliances/dishes/pots and pans provided. Short term only.

Summary: This was the second of what will be an annual gathering of family during Spring Break. We stayed here last year, and it was requested for this year. The place itself is comfortably homey with vacation amenities and is a “destination” in itself; with all of the local sites nearby, the proximity to restaurants, stores, etc., there is nothing inconvenient about it. The host is accessible if needed, and never intrusive. Everyone had a great time, including the dog. We’ll be back provided it’s available for our dates.

Summary: Located not far from the Gulf coast north west of Tampa, this house provided a perfect place to relax and reunion with family, friends and our two dogs. An hour drive to Tampa, a bit longer to St. Petersburg, with interesting places to spend time between. The house is clean, comfortable, and well equipped for guests. There wasn't need for any assistance from the Host, however she was very responsive to the couple of messages sent to her. The house is In an older (1970s?) development near grocery and big stores (Walmart; Target) and local and chain restaurants when you need things; it has a very private backyard set up for gatherings- a bar by the pool; screened in pool and relax area and beyond that, a jungle of green let to grow providing a quiet away-from-it-all feel with proximity to Tampa and surrounding, and Pinellas Peninsula sites (Clearwater; St. Petersburg). Although I've visited the Tampa area several times, I'd not visited Tarpon Springs, the charming Greek village nearby, or the smaller, but very nice public beaches and parks along the Gulf coast. It had been a couple of years, due to the Covid pandemic, that I'd seen the two sisters who joined me and a good friend. This was a perfect place to catch-up, share drinks and meals, and take a deep breadth and exhale to be able to completely relax after a couple years of disruption and isolation.

Summary: I went with my mother to celebrate her birthday and we had a wonderful time! The house was well kept and had everything we needed. We enjoyed swimming and relaxing by the pool and my 2 dogs enjoyed the gated yard as well. Camille was very friendly and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

Summary: Vacation House Was Awesome To Stay At. We All Had The Best Time Hanging Out Around The Pool. House Was Very Clean And Spacious. CAMILLE Was Awesome And Anything We Needed She Was Right There To Help With. Would Definitely Stay Here Again.

Summary: We had a great time in this home. The pool was clean and warm, patio was spacious and accommodating. The house could use some updating, but overall, it was a nice and quiet place to come back to after outings or to grill up dinner and just lounge out by the pool. Summary: We needed a quiet place to relax and this was it. The neighborhood is nice and safe feeling. The covered pool and huge deck area with lots of furniture was the best! Highly recommend.

Summary: Was looking for a place to have our first sibling only Christmas together without our parents as Dad passed away earlier this year and our family, originally from Florida, are now scattered. Came across this home on VRBO and thought it would be perfect..and it was. Needed a place that was large enough for 6 of us to sleep over, dog friendly, and able to accommodate 12 or more for Christmas dinner. There was plenty of space, the screened in patio with the pool was perfect as the weather was sunny and beautiful. The dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and the tile/laminate flooring was awesome for easy clean up. The kitchen was COMPLETELY stocked with everything you could possibly need which was a welcome surprise. Only thing that the guys complained about was missing the football games on cable as there was only the ability to stream movies as far as we could tell.. but that just made for more quality family time..lol.. Overall, we had a great time. Camille was very easy to work with and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to gather and have fun. The location was convenient to shopping and anything you could want.. can't say enough good things..😊
