Beautiful home sitting in cove with main channel views. Private heated pool and outdoor kitchen new 2021. Pool will stay heated late March through mid October. Outdoor kitchen equipped with wood burning pizza oven, EVO grill, 2 mini refrigerators lots of granite countertop and lakeside firepit. 2022 updating hardwood flooring, formal living room and dining room. 7 bedrooms (4 with lake views) 6 full baths and one half bath. Home sits on 130 feet of lakefront with lakeside patio over 1100 square feet. Patio furniture new 2020 and 2021. Dock is available to use with one boat slip measuring 14x40 and 2 jet ski lifts. Swim platform measures 10x30. Plenty of room for relaxing on the swim platform. Large kitchen and dining room with access to the outdoor screened in 3 season room (built in gas grill). Kitchen is well equipped to serve up large family meals with double oven. Plenty of countertop space and cabinet space. Lower level of house has a large game room with pool table, arcade game, and card/game playing table. This room has fireplace and bar with barstool seating. Great gathering spot for evening fun. Room has patio doors out to large expansive deck with views of cove, private pool and main channel. Hot tub is located in covered porch to enjoy regardless of weather conditions. All bedrooms are equipped with televisions. Great parking and access to garage. Golfing, eating, groceries and restaurants nearby. New patio furniture 3 high top dining tables with seating for 12 and 6 person patio table with fire feature.

Summary: 19 family members from 6 to 76 years old, from 5 states. Kitchen big enough to accommodate all our meals with plenty of seating for all in dining room and kitchen. Used the pizza oven and Envo grill. Lived at the pool and dock! Plenty of room to gather together or in small groups. Absolutely no issues!

Summary: The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated, comfortable and well taken care of. The beds are comfortable, kitchen has every tool and appliance you could want. A regular coffee maker and a Keurig. Great views of the lake. We had a very good time and enjoyed this wonderful home.

Summary: This home fit the bill for what we needed to entertain 17 adults and 2 children. The pool was a hit. We spent lots of time and fun playing games and soaking up the sun. The placement of the home was wonderful on the lake and easy access to different restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses, etc. We rented a pontoon at Pointe Oasis and it was very close by. That was convenient! The owners were very attentive and made sure we had all the information on the house. When we had a problem, they answered quickly. Having a pool table with a bar downstairs and the number of bedrooms worked well for our families. Loved the EVO grill to cook meats and wood oven to cook pizza! A minor addition would be another refrigerator. The pantry next to the kitchen was handy. It was a great vacation for us all! Thank you to the owners.

Summary: Roy’s place had everything needed for our guys golf trip and stay at the Ozarks. The outdoor poor and kitchen set up were thoughtfully crafted and wonderful additions. Highly recommend!

Summary: As the review title suggests, this spectacular home is easy to access...but in more ways than one... First, the management team was quick to answer questions about anything. Second, the home is very easy to access via a beautiful drive over the toll bridge. Third, there's plenty of parking. We had 5 medium size cars in the driveway. Fourth, access to the lake is through the front door, down a set of stairs, out onto the lower floor veranda, down another set of stairs onto the pool deck and then down another set of stairs...okay, this isn't super easy, but it's worth the effort. We found everything to be in order and complete from bathrooms to each of the bedrooms to all three kitchens...and the house comes with a complete and concise set of instructions so you can operate all of the systems. We HIGHLY suggest you get the ingredients to make pizzas and use the pizza oven...it's great fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and feel certain that you and your family and friends will enjoy a similar experience.

Summary: This home is gorgeous! It’s very well-maintained and well-positioned on the lake so that you have a quiet cove to the right (along with a wooded lot for maximum privacy) and a main channel view to the left. It just so happened that a boat show was going on while we were there, so we were able to see lots of "cigar boats" running the channel as we lounged in the pool. Awesome! The dock rocks when there’s a lot of activity on the channel, so we didn't sit on the dock, but we put kayaks in every day and spent hours exploring our cove and nearby coves. The outdoor area could not be more perfect! You have sun on the pool until about 4:30PM and then the entire backside of the home is shaded, which was a welcome relief after being in the sun all day. We spent hours and hours in the pool overlooking the lake. It was fantastic! We didn't use the EVO grill or the pizza oven, but the large grill located on the screened-in-porch right off the fully stocked kitchen got a workout! That porch was one of my favorite spots in the morning while having my coffee and watching the sun rise. I also found my son and his wife there nearly every day enjoying a private lunch in the cool shade. My daughter and her husband made sure we had s’mores every night by the fire – truly bringing me back to my childhood! My family (9 adults) thought the layout of the home was ideal. Plenty of space to come together (pool tournament / movie night) or sneak away for some quiet time (lost my cousin one night and found out later he was enjoying the hot tub! LOL). I am a neat freak, so I liked how clean the home and outdoor areas were. Selina is also TERRIFIC with communication. We spoke on the phone prior to our trip, and she responded within minutes to any subsequent texts. We enjoyed the wildlife, too …deer eating in the yard, huge fish jumping near the dock, and a little squirrel who seemed to like us …it was an idyllic retirement vacation! I can’t say enough about this fabulous home! I did not leave the house once …it’s just too nice!!
