Welcome to Under the Oaks! Located in a brand new community - Orchard Place, this private cottage has everything your group will want for your next vacation to St. Simons Island! Minutes to the best beaches, shopping and restaurants on St. Simons Island, Under the Oaks is a special getaway right in the middle of everything.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!
Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

Newly constructed and designer decorated, the cottage has all the essentials guests will need. The open concept living, kitchen and dining areas allow guests to gather and enjoy the special moments that will make memories. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range and convenient seating at the kitchen island. The large living room has plenty of comfy seating with a large HD Smart TV and views to the inviting backyard with a private pool and spa! The privately fenced backyard is a tropical oasis with a large pool that features a sun shelf with in water lounge chairs, a spa with plenty of seating and a covered outdoor space with an HD Smart TV to enjoy the game or movie night in the pool!
The cottage offers four large bedrooms with the primary suite on the first floor. The spacious primary suite has a king bed, an HD Smart TV and a bathroom that guests will never want to leave. Enjoy relaxing in your own private tub, away from it all as well as large walk-in shower. The primary suite bathroom has a large walk-in closet, perfect for groups with small children who need a space for a pack n play (not provided).
Upstairs are three guest bedrooms, two guest bathrooms and an additional living area with a large HD Smart TV.

Summary: Our family was in town for a wedding. We had never been to St. Simon's Island before and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We selected Under the Oaks as the bedding options were perfect for our family of six. The house is absolutely amazing. The home looks exactly like the pictures online. The hosts have thought of everything. The Master bed is very high and they even included a stool. The kitchen is well stocked and enough towels for all. The pool was perfect. We enjoyed night swimming and watching movies together outside. We had the water heated and it was the perfect temperature for us in early April. We look forward to returning to Under the Oaks very soon.

Summary: We went here from Tampa to escape Milton and stayed 5 nights, 6 days. The place was immaculately cleaned. The location is perfect (google maps hard a hard time finding) and close to evertything you would want, beaches, parks, shoppung dinning.

Summary: My mother, sister, nephew and I visited this property and had the most incredible stay! The home is simply beautiful, and you will not want to leave the backyard! We loved the pool and the grilling area. The open concept was so fun for all of us to gather and play games at the large dining table. The beds were super comfy! The kitchen is beyond well stocked. The home smelled wonderful and exceeded our cleaning expectations. The neighborhood is quiet and super convenient to everything. Will do again!!

Summary: This property was more than I could have imagined. It was spotless, perfect location, stunning inside and out, honestly I could go on and on. Lilmar made our stay SO easy by allowing me to text any questions (even as simple as “what kind of coffee pot is in the house” 😂). They responded quickly, and gave solutions for anything we needed. We even booked an extra night after staying one day! We will most definitely be back to this house! The orange was also a welcome sight as we watched our BaseVOLS advance in the College World Series from the back porch/pool! Go Vols!

Summary: We had such a wonderful time at Under the Oaks! The house was very nice, super clean and well stocked. The pool was fun and the hot tub was great. This house is located close to everything. Also, the management company was very responsive when we couldn’t heat the pool. They came out right away to help us. We’ll be back!

Summary: First time to the Georgia coast and what a surprise! The area is beautiful and easy to navigate with lots of food options. This property is newly built, very nicely decorated, and is super comfortable. It was just the 2 of us so we didn't even spend anytime upstairs but it would work great for a large family. The pool and hot tub are perfect and I plan to use the same design when I build my pool at home. Just perfect, stunning, and clean. Lastly, the property management company was superb and communicated very effectively via email and text. Highly recommend this property! But don't want the secret to get out... 😉 I don't want it to be booked when we decide to come back!
