Summary: The house is clean, well appointed and spacious. We enjoyed the screened in lanai and the deck that overlooks a wide canal. Eric was a great host and responded quickly to our questions. This is our second stay and we hope to use the property again next time we are in town.

Summary: We had a great time at this home. The home is clean and inviting and well stocked. It has plenty of Florida charm. The location is perfect for a day trip to Tarpon Springs, visiting Weeki Wachee State Park and going fishing. We were happy with just fishing at the dock too. Many good restaurants in the area.
