Experience our elegant private home, complete with a fence and a private pool, situated on the southeast coast of Patillas, Puerto Rico, located 2 hrs from the San Juan airport. The house is within walking distance to the beach (a 15-minute walk). It offers a quiet place for a relaxing vacation in an authentic beachside community. It is ideal for a family who wishes to spend a pleasant stay in complete tranquility, far from the hustle and bustle of hotels.
NOTE: We provide limited battery backup power during electrical outages to help you stay comfortable. During an outage, the lights throughout the house will remain on, and the refrigerator, ceiling fans, and TV will continue to function.
Casa Tropical is a spacious, comfortable, and affordable second-story vacation rental home featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on the main floor, and an additional full bathroom downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances. Spacious living room and master bedroom with a comfortable seating area. All bedrooms have A/C units, and we provide a completely fenced-in, beautiful private pool.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. ONLY the 3 bedrooms have an A/C unit
2. During electrical outages, we offer a limited emergency battery power backup to help you stay comfortable. During an outage, the lights throughout the house will remain on, and the refrigerator, ceiling fans, and TV will continue to function.
Please note that certain appliances cannot be used during an outage since using them will disable the system, so it’s crucial to avoid plugging them in: the microwave, hair dryer, water heater, washer, dryer, and all air conditioners will not have power during an outage. *IMPORTANT WARNING* Using any of the appliances listed above will drain the battery, cutting off ALL electricity. Depending on the length of time electricity is out, weather conditions, and your usage, we cannot guarantee that the battery backup system will last for the specified time.
3. Provide parking for 2 cars.
4. We only provide a limited amount of toilet paper and shampoo for the first 3 days of your reservation. We do not provide laundry soap. There is a store near the house where guests can purchase these items if needed, and while driving toward the house, there is a Walmart store.
5. We require our guests to review our Short-Term Contract Agreement during the reservation process. By completing the reservation, the guest agrees and accepts all rules and regulations as stipulated in this document.
