Summary: My Canadian family visited two areas in Bali. Canggu and Ubud. Our stay at Hillside Eden was absolutely memorable for my family's first visit to Bali (Asia even). There were 13 of us and the villa accommodated us perfectly. The villa may arguably be a bit dated compared to a few that I have visited before, but the setting was just absolutely magical. Most importantly the staff were amazing. I kept in contact with Andrew months before the trip, and he patiently dealt with my requests for day trips and NYE dinner. He arranged for us to have dinners in nearby resorts, and he even had staff help us pack up at 2am for our departure. This villa is quintessential Balinese hospitality.

Summary: The stay, the people, the location, everything was beyond expectations. The views from the stay are to die for. The staff made the experience even better by always doing their best to accommodate our last-minute requests. Special shout-out to Andrew, the manager, who is absolutely the nicest person. He went beyond his way to help in many ways during our 3-day stay. We were a group of 16 friends and having this property all to ourselves was one of the trip's highlights.

Summary: We, a group of 14, had a great time. The whole team was very helpful and any request/question was followed up immediately. All trips and activities we could book at Andrew and he arranged it perfectly. Also compliments to the chef. We had dinner almost every night and we loved it! The Jungle estate is in a good condition. Some redecoration needs ti be done though. As said, we really enjoyed it! If you visit. Dont forget to visit the waterfall! The guide and route to it is really amazing

Summary: We (12 people - 6 adults & 6 kids) all felt very comfortable in the villa. We were picked up from the airport and all other trips (no matter where) were organized immediately. We always felt safe in the villa, even though it is really a bit remote. There was always someone from the staff on site. We were even looked after at 2:00 a.m. when we set off for Mount Batur! Everyone was very friendly and nice. It was clean everywhere. The villa and bungalows were as described. In some places the villa may need a new coat of paint, but this villa still has its special charm. The contact before arrival was also very good and Andrew answered all of our questions quickly.

Summary: The villa is really nice, but the views is what sales it. It feels a little smaller that what the picture gives. But it was plenty big enough for 8 of us to really have a great time. And the staff (the Bali culture in general) we’re some of the friendliest and accommodating people that I’ve ever met. I don’t think I’ve ever had so many pineapple mojitos in a single place but there was a 22yo behind the bar that kept um coming lol thank you and your wonderful staff for the hospitality 🙏

Summary: The place was great and the staff was great as well. They were super friendly and accommodating. The drivers were awesome and we loved each and everyone of them. The place was a little hard to get to but the view was amazing from the top.we love Andrew and he was awesome in getting back so soon with us and getting the right people to help us out. 😀
