Welcome to our Lake Oconee Lakefront cottage! This 1200 square foot, 2 BR cottage is very conveniently located just 10 minutes from the highways, close to multiple restaurants and shopping, yet appointed privately in the woods, right on top of the lake! Perfect location. Fantastic view! This open floor plan includes a fully stocked kitchen, all linens, 2 queen bedrooms, 2 couches(1 pullout), leather recliner, and 2 private decks with a view. Fast WiFi/Smart TV/Alexa Speaker/games. Charcoal grill, wood burning fireplace, large lakeside fire pit, hammock, kids swing, and floats galore. Just a few steps to the private dock with multiple boat rental options available 2 miles away. Perfect swimmable and fun cove with walk out beach. Woods to explore. This is a perfectly private Lakefront getaway close to anything you may need! PETS - Service animals and pre approved pets only please. We cannot allow shedding dogs due to my son’s allergies. 2 Pet limit if approved. We require all waste be picked up and pets be crated when gone. Any pet brought to property without pre approval or failure to follow pet rules will incur a $250 charge.

Summary: My husband and I left for a getaway, not knowing where we would go. We saw this adorable, lakeview house, and I was like, that's where I want to go. It was perfect, close to great restaurants, but far away from the hustle and bustle. Would highly recommend this place!!

Summary: Our stay was well enjoyed. i particularly liked that it has a boat dock/slip. as this was one of the requirements needed. the place was clean and comfortable. a television in the bedrooms would be an added comfort. there was a couple of hiccups but we worked thru them. 1) bathroom vent/fan didn't work. 2) cleaning staff didn't leave enough toilet tissue for 2 adults for our length of stay. I would like to see better (bigger/higher)dock cleats to secure the boat.

Summary: This house was so cute! Perfect access to the water for kids and easy to get a boat to and from the property. It’s close to restaurants and several marinas! We planned on going out a night during our stay but we didn’t even need to! The house had everything we needed so we could stay in and prepare our own meals. We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: It was another perfect trip. The property is so clean, quiet, and so perfect for a romantic getaway. This is our second time back and are looking forward to when we can return if possible. We highly recommend this cozy house with a beautiful view!

Summary: Great location on the lake and nice outdoor areas. However, upon entering the home we were met with a very musty smell. The interior is very dated. Carpets are stained, bath rugs are old and stained, bed quilts were dirty. There is no water pressure in the bathroom sink or shower. My husband and I both had trouble sleeping due to the air quality in this home. The mold/mildew situation here unfortunately caused us to feel sick the entire weekend.

Summary: My family enjoyed a nice vacation at this cute house for a few days. The dock provided plenty of great fishing, and we had a blast paddling around the cove on the provided paddle board. The house was clean and comfortable and stocked with everything we needed to make our trip successful. There was even a bottle of wine on the counter for the adults and ice cream in the freezer that my daughters were very excited to discover. It was a quick drive to restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay here again.
