Summary: We were in town for our oldest grandson's graduation. Our younger grandsons loved coming to see the horses and learning about them. This property is perfectly located, convenient to everything, yet quiet and private. Perfect stay, will be back when visiting in the future!

Summary: This stay was wonderful! It is a large loft (master BR, large kitchen and a good-sized living room) on top of the horse barn. There is also a big porch to view all the horse activities. It was wonderful to watch them in the pasture in the evenings and early mornings - similar to watching boats moored at night. Very peaceful!

Summary: Do you love animals? This is the place to stay. I had such a wonderful time here. The most well stocked kitchen and bathroom I've ever seen. I had a great time here, I didn't mind the girls cleaning the stalls at night, the noise was what you'd expect. The mornings are so peaceful, you can drink coffee on the balcony and watch the horses. I loved it!

Summary: We were skeptical at first. Staying in an apartment above a horse barn? Really? Turned out to be the best VRBO/self-catering cottage/etc. stay we have ever had (and we've traveled extensively)! Our granddaughters (who live in Middleburg) had horseback riding lessons and loved them! The (many) horses are beautiful and incredibly well cared for. The stalls are cleaned daily and there is no (zero) smell of horses in the apartment. The pics of the apartment are absolutely accurate. It is incredibly well stocked (2 types of coffee makers, for example). It is not a luxury hotel, but we would stay here rather than the best hotel in Jacksonville in a New York minute. Given the expense of caring for horses and caring for the property (several acres), etc. it is a miracle that this place exists and a tribute to the love that Tracy and her friends have for horses.

Summary: It should of been disclosed that refrigerator does not work (lost the food we brought) and there should be a set time to quiet down in the barn. Kids running around and screaming past 10pm is a little much.

Summary: The stay was wonderful. From being greeted by the sweet and friendly barn cats to watching the shenanigans of the horses from the loft's window, this was the getaway we needed.

Summary: It is a very nice place. Very cute. The horses are amazing. The only issue we had was the refrigerator quit working and put food and milk for the baby was ruined. I hope they get it fixed soon
